GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: Coffee: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept returns on whole bean or ground coffee due to food safety concerns. If you are not satisfied with your coffee purchase, please email info@javajunction.cafe. We are happy to help you find a coffee you love or work with you to find a solution to your problem.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

If applicable, we will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved. In case you need to ship the products using any carrier, please use the following shipping address: 56 Main St S. Brockport, NY 14420. Please make sure to include the return slip in the package.

 

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
